Nicole Kahl joined the Real Estate Development Services (REDS) and Central California Housing Corporation (CCHC) as a California State University Fresno special projects intern in 2007.  Since coming aboard full time in 2008, she has assumed project management responsibilities in real estate development, consulting, finance, refinance and asset management for approximately 50% of the company’s development workflow.

Nicole has been responsible for consulting, new construction financing, acquisition and rehabilitation financing, permanent loan financing, secondary affordable project financing, refinancing and sales of over 2,500 units representing over $200,000,000 in transaction volume.

Over the last six years, Nicole has been working closely with the development team at the Fresno Housing Authority and has assisted in the financing, construction monitoring, lease up and conversion into permanent debt in six transactions and awarded tax credit financing in eight transactions, three of which were Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) projects.

Nicole excels at monitoring and enforcing project timelines, real-time financial modeling, obtaining city entitlements, lease up, marketing and project conversion to permanent debt. Through her extensive attention to detail and adept organizational capabilities, projects under Nicole’s management come in on time and within budget.

Nicole has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from California State University, Fresno.
