Juniper Terrace, Yreka, CA
Juniper Terrace, a 55-unit senior USDA community, recently underwent an extensive rehabilitation that was completed in December 2015. Residents will now benefit from many upgrades to their units including those to improve energy efficiency. One of the upgrades to the property is a new picnic shelter with barbecue and seating areas providing residents with an outdoor gathering space. REDS provided development and finance consulting and monitored the construction and stabilization processes.
PSWRC NAHRO
REDS was recently a Sponsor and Presenter at the The Pacific Southwest Regional Council of NAHRO May Conference in sunny San Diego, California, partnering with the Fresno Housing Authority to give a presentation on Housing Development Finance in the Post-RDA World. We learned about a myriad of information related to Section 8, RAD, Administrative Regulations, Compliance, planning for the future with limited resources, and lots more. We are eager to share our experiences along with the knowledge we gained at the conference with our partners and clients.
Kings River Commons, Reedley, California
Construction for this 60 unit multifamily community was completed on October 17, 2014 and was 100% occupied by October 31, 2014. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
Harvest Park Apartments, Chico, California
REDS provided finance and development consulting and worked closely with architects and engineers in designing the final development design and monitored the entire construction process. Overseeing this new 90 unit multifamily housing developments lease up within 4 months of construction completion.
