Shundrea Mustapha joined the Real Estate Development Services (REDS) and Central California Housing Corporation (CCHC) accounting team in 2004 and currently holds the position of Controller.  She oversees all accounting functions, including annual audits, tax returns and annual financial statements for over 100 separate entities within the REDS client portfolio. She also provides complete project accounting, financial feasibility modeling, and construction draw preparation for all current projects underway.   As Controller, she is directly responsible for annual investor reporting and executing all required lender and government compliance reporting.  She serves as the primary interface for all accounting audits, prepares corporate financial forecasts and supports corporate tax planning processes.

During 2015 and 2016 she had an integral role in accounting and management of funds, interim cash flow distributions and calculations, and interim state, federal, and third party reporting specifically related to the buyout of limited partner interests in 21 limited partnerships in conjunction with the sale of eight real estate assets that sold for over $119.7 million combined and the restructuring of over $69.5 million of debt for six real estate assets.

Shundrea holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an option in Accountancy from California State University, Fresno and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
